Things are a touch slower in Stillwater, and though we like it that way, we always run a little faster at Hatch. We’re a scratch kitchen – and we mean that – but we’ll still serve up your brunch favorites with a level of speediness that doesn’t resemble a pokey pace in the slightest (though we do love the Pokes).

Whether you’re feeling breakfast, brunch, lunch, espresso or cocktails, we’re right here at the corner of 10th and Main, ready to serve.

No need to worry about a wait — in addition to our regular dining room, our communal tables and bar seats are first-come, first-serve, and there’s nearly always a spot for you. Hatch Stillwater also offers a private dining room to elevate your next brunch event. Give us a call to book!

A must-visit in Stillwater. Excellent breakfast and lunch options, and a great bar! The eggs Benedict options are absolutely amazing, I can't pick a favorite. The hash brown tumblers are a must try! On the sweet side, they have great pancakes and French toast. The OK shaped pancake is unique and very tasty, but plan to share it, it's huge! Mimosa selections on point too!

Hatch is easily one of my favorite spots in Stillwater. The food is always super fresh and clean — I had the chicken and waffles last time and it was delicious. The vibe inside is chill but lively, and the staff is always friendly and on top of things. Great place to grab brunch with friends or even just get a good coffee and breakfast on your own. Definitely recommend checking it out if you haven’t yet.
