A Brighter Way to Start Your Day
Hatch was born from a deep passion for breakfast, brunch and lunch foods – elevated just enough to feel inspired, but always approachable. We set out to find the perfect balance of creativity, comfort and good vibes, and that balance has started a trend we’re proud of.
Our first Hatch cracked open in 2016 in the Buick building at the corner of 10th and Broadway in Oklahoma City, and what can we say? We’re not bragging, but people loved it. They appreciate the balance we strive to strike – crafted but consistent, colorful and curated, bright and bubbly, fresh and fast.
Since that first store, we’re proud to have expanded the Hatch Early Mood Food multiverse, bringing our specially crafted Early Mood Food experience to spots across Oklahoma and beyond. Even as we expand, we remain committed to being a true scratch kitchen by partnering with local vendors to capture the real flavors of each area and bring them into our restaurants.

Early Mood Food is food for thought, for conversation, for catching up. It’s good friends and good moods, a little measured indulgence, booze- or espresso-fueled chattiness, reconnection and flavors so incredible you talk with your mouth full.
